Hey everyone! Have you heard about the amazing work Chinese rescuers are doing in Myanmar? After a big earthquake shook the Mandalay region in Myanmar, the China International Search and Rescue Team stepped in to help people in need.

They brought cool medical equipment like handheld ultrasound devices (which use sound waves to see inside the body!), portable X-ray machines, and heart monitors. With these tools, they gave free check-ups to over 250 local residents! That’s like checking every student in a big school!

Not only did they help with check-ups, but they also gave out important medicines to people, like medicines to fight infections and help with pain. Near a famous place called Mandalay Palace, they taught people how to stay healthy, especially with the hot weather making some illnesses worse.

The team has more than 10 experts, including doctors for kids (pediatricians), surgeons, and other specialists. They’ve been super busy, helping with search-and-rescue missions, checking if buildings are safe, and cleaning large areas to keep everyone healthy.

Working together with other rescue teams from China, like teams from Hong Kong and Shenzhen, they’ve provided nonstop care, helping over 500 people so far! And guess what? They plan to keep helping by visiting more relief camps, focusing on treating illnesses like colds, tummy aches, and other health problems.

They’re also planning to donate much-needed medical supplies and equipment to local hospitals and clinics. Isn’t it inspiring how countries can come together to help each other in times of need? πŸ₯°

Let’s send our best wishes to everyone affected and a big thank you to the rescuers making a difference! 🌟
