A group of 30 energetic youths from the Taiwan region just wrapped up an amazing eight-day visit to Shandong province on the Chinese mainland! πŸ‡¨πŸ‡³βœˆοΈ

They started their adventure on March 28 and visited cool places like Tai’an and Zaozhuang. But one of the highlights was exploring the Temple of Confucius in Qufu, the hometown of the famous ancient teacher, Confucius. πŸ“š

At the temple, they took part in a special ceremony to honor Confucius. One of the Taiwan youths shared that back home, people pray at Confucius temples for good grades and success in school. This time, he wished to become a civil engineering technician! πŸš§πŸ› οΈ

Hsiao Hsu-tsen, who led the group, said that these traditional activities help connect people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait. It’s like a bridge of friendship and shared culture! πŸŒ‰β€οΈ
