Hey everyone!
Did you hear the news? China is lending a big helping hand to Myanmar after a massive earthquake struck there!
The Chinese government has decided to give 100 million yuan (that’s about $13.78 million!) to help people in Myanmar. They’re also sending two rescue teams to assist. These teams are bringing important things like tents, blankets, first aid kits, food, and drinking waterβall the stuff you need when there’s been a big disaster.
Li Ming, a spokesperson for the China International Development Cooperation Agency, said that the first team already arrived in Yangon on Saturday. They’re ready to help people who need it most!
And guess what? China said they’ll keep helping Myanmar as much as needed. It’s great to see countries helping each other out, right?
What do you think about this? Let us know! π
