Former Kyrgyzstan PM Djoomart Otorbaev on US Tariffs video poster

Former Kyrgyzstan Leader Talks About US Tariffs and New Partnerships 🌍

Have you ever heard about tariffs? They’re like extra fees that countries add to things they buy from other countries. Recently, Djoomart Otorbaev, who used to be the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan (a country in Central Asia), talked about US tariffs and how they’re affecting the world.

He said that because of these tariffs, many countries are looking for new friends to trade with. 🌐 Especially countries in the Global South (that’s a term for developing countries), are finding new partners and markets.

Instead of trading mostly with the United States, they’re exploring other options. For example, if one country can’t sell its products to the US easily because of tariffs, they might start selling to another country instead.

Mr. Otorbaev thinks that this could change how countries work together in the future. It’s interesting to see how countries adapt and find new ways to trade and cooperate! 😊
