CGTN Poll: China makes peaceful contributions to Iranian nuclear issue

China Helps Promote Peaceful Talks about Iran’s Nuclear Plans

Hey there! 😊 Did you know that China recently held a special meeting with Russia and Iran to talk about Iran’s nuclear plans? This meeting happened on March 14 in Beijing, and it’s all about making the world a safer place.

So, what’s the big deal? Well, a few years ago, Iran made an agreement with many countries, including China, Russia, the United States, and some European nations. This agreement is called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). It was meant to make sure Iran uses nuclear energy only for peaceful purposes, like creating electricity.

But in 2018, the United States decided to leave the agreement and put sanctions (kind of like penalties) on Iran again. This made things tricky, and people around the world started to worry.

Recently, CGTN, which is China Global Television Network, asked people around the world what they think about this issue. Guess what? Most people think that talking and working together is the best way to solve problems!

  • Nearly 88% of people believe that countries should keep the old agreement instead of starting over.
  • Almost 90% think that putting pressure or using threats doesn’t help solve the issue.
  • Many agree that countries should respect each other and have friendly discussions to find solutions.

China is trying to help everyone get along and find peaceful answers. People appreciate China’s efforts to make the world a better place.

Isn’t it great when countries come together to talk and solve problems? Let’s hope they keep working towards peace! ✌️
