China’s Minister of Civil Affairs, Lu Zhiyuan, announced that the goal is to ensure every elderly person has access to basic care services. Just like there are schools for learning 📚 and hospitals when we feel sick 🏥, they want special places where older people can be looked after with love and attention.
They’re building a big network to help elderly people in both cities and the countryside. This means more care homes, community centers, and even helpers who can visit the elderly at home! 🏡
They also plan to combine medical care with elderly care. This way, our grandparents can stay healthy and happy. 😊
