Great news! 🎉 China’s wheelchair curling team has booked their spot at the 2026 Winter Paralympic Games in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy! 🇮🇹
This week, they competed at the World Wheelchair Curling Championship in Scotland 🏴, where 12 teams played against each other. Team China won 9 out of their 11 games! 😮 That means they were the top team in the round robin competitions.
Other teams that made it to the playoffs were South Korea 🇰🇷, Sweden 🇸🇪, Norway 🇳🇴, Canada 🇨🇦, and Slovakia 🇸🇰.
In a thrilling semifinal match, China defeated Canada 5-4. It was a close game! Now, they’re heading to the final to face South Korea for the championship title. 🥌
