Hey everyone! Guess what? China just launched two new satellites into space! π Isn’t that amazing?
On Thursday afternoon, at exactly 3:08 p.m. Beijing Time, a big rocket called the Long March-2C blasted off from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China. It carried two satellites named Siwei Gaojing-1 03 and Siwei Gaojing-1 04 into space.
These satellites are now in orbit around Earth. That means they’re circling our planet, just like the Moon does! π How cool is that?
This launch was the 561st flight of the Long March rocket series. That’s a lot of space trips! The Long March rockets help China explore space and learn more about our universe.
Space exploration is super exciting! Maybe one day, you’ll be designing rockets or even traveling to space yourself! Keep dreaming big! πβ¨
