Hey there! 😊 Did you know that China and Uganda are becoming even better friends? Recently, at the United Nations headquarters in New York, China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Uganda’s Foreign Minister Jeje Odongo.
They talked about how China and Uganda have always respected and supported each other. Wang Yi, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (which helps lead China), said that China will always be a true friend to Uganda. He promised that China is ready to help Uganda grow and develop.
Minister Odongo from Uganda said that his country trusts China a lot. He admires how China has grown and become modern, and he wants Uganda to learn from China’s example.
