Hong Kong-born giant panda cubs make public debut

Adorable Panda Twins Make Their First Public Appearance in Hong Kong! ๐Ÿผโœจ

Guess what, panda fans? Two super cute giant panda cubs, nicknamed “Elder Sister” and “Little Brother,” just made their big debut at Ocean Park in Hong Kong! ๐ŸŽ‰ They turned six months old last Saturday and celebrated by meeting the public for the very first time on Sunday.

These twin cubs are extra special because they are the first giant pandas born in Hong Kong! Their parents, Ying Ying and Le Le, were gifted to Hong Kong by the central government back in 2007.

Now, here’s where you come in! Ocean Park is asking everyone to help name these adorable siblings. Have a brilliant name idea? Submit your suggestions, and you might help choose their official names, which will be announced later this year. How cool is that?

With the new cubs, their parents, and two more pandas named An An and Ke Ke who arrived last year, Hong Kong now has the largest group of giant pandas outside the Chinese mainland! That’s a lot of panda fun! ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿผ
