Hey everyone! Did you hear about the big landslide in southwest China? 🏔️ On Saturday, a landslide happened in a place called Jinping Village in Sichuan Province.
A landslide is when a lot of rocks and dirt slide down a mountain or hill. It can happen after lots of rain. 🌧️ This landslide buried 10 houses! That’s a lot of homes.
Over 30 people are missing, and rescue teams are working super hard to find them. 🚑🚒 They even rescued two people in the afternoon! Let’s hope they find more.
About 200 people were moved to safe places to keep them out of danger. Safety first! 😊
The government is sending money to help with the rescue and to fix things like roads and power lines. They are sending over 80 million yuan! That’s a lot of help. 💰
