On February 6, 2025, the villagers of Hongsha in the Chinese mainland’s Guizhou Province celebrated the spectacular “Dragon Bombing” Festival! People from near and far joined together with their families and friends to witness this exciting event.
As the sun set, the village came alive with the sounds of beating drums and crackling firecrackers. The air was filled with excitement! The dragon dance team, carrying a magnificent dragon puppet, started their lively procession from the village gate, weaving through the streets as everyone cheered them on.
At 9 p.m., the main event began! 🎆 Villagers bravely held lit firecrackers and ran towards the dancing dragon. Can you imagine tossing fireworks at a giant dragon puppet? They did just that! The dragon sparkled and shimmered as the firecrackers exploded, creating a breathtaking display.
