Hey everyone! Did you hear about President Xi Jinping’s recent visit to a village in northeast China’s Liaoning Province?

On a chilly Wednesday, President Xi braved the cold to meet people affected by floods in the village of Zhujiagou. This village is in Suizhong County, Huludao City.

Last summer, floods hit the area hard, causing lots of damage. But thanks to hard work, the villagers have new homes now! 🏠

With the Spring Festival just around the corner (that’s the biggest festival in China, kind of like New Year’s and Christmas rolled into one πŸŽ‰), President Xi wanted to make sure everyone was doing okay.

He walked around the village, checking out the new houses and talking to the residents. He asked them how they were settling in and if everything was working well.

It’s great to see people coming together after tough times, isn’t it? 😊

The villagers were happy to show President Xi their new homes and share their stories.

This visit shows how important it is to care for others and help rebuild after disasters. It also reminds us of the spirit of community, especially during special times like the Spring Festival. 🎊
