Back in the 1970s, a young man named Tsai Fu-Hsiung grew up right next to this temple. Imagine living so close to such a wondrous place! As he listened to the stories and legends about Mazu, his curiosity grew. He wanted to learn more about her amazing adventures and where she came from. 🤔📚
Tsai decided to embark on a journey of discovery. His quest led him across the Taiwan Strait to Meizhou Island in Fujian Province. This island is said to be Mazu’s birthplace! 🏝️🚢
