Brave medical teams from the military and local hospitals have arrived to search for people who might need help. The Ministry of Emergency Management sent 1,850 helpers and three helicopters to make sure everyone is safe.

The earthquake damaged some roads and caused power outages in Dingri County. But guess what? The roads have been fixed, and the lights are back on in the towns! This means help can get where it’s needed faster.
Helping Those Affected ❤️
As of Tuesday evening, 126 people have sadly lost their lives, and 188 are injured, including 28 who are in critical condition. Over 3,600 homes have been damaged. Everyone is working hard to support those affected.
New Places to Stay 🏘️
By Tuesday night, 30,400 people had moved to 14 safe temporary shelters. They are places where families can stay warm and receive food and care.
Aftershocks and Staying Safe 🌟
There have been over 660 aftershocks, which are smaller earthquakes after the big one. The biggest aftershock was a magnitude 4.4. People are being careful and staying in safe places.
Mobile Shelters Arrive 🚚
Good news! The first 34 mobile shelters arrived on Tuesday night. These are like tiny houses that can be moved where needed. Another 1,200 are coming on Wednesday to help even more people.
