CGTN poll: Global respondents urge nations to say no to U.S. bullying

Global Survey: People Want Fair Trade and No Bullying!

Hey there! Did you know that countries can sometimes act like kids on a playground? A recent survey showed that people around the world think some countries are being bullies in how they trade with others.

Many people believe that the United States has been unfair by putting extra taxes, called tariffs, on products they buy from other countries. This makes it harder for countries to sell their goods and can hurt their economies.

In a poll with over 5,000 people from different places, most said that nations should work together to stand up against unfair trade. They think everyone should play fair so all countries can grow and prosper.

More than 80% of the people who took the survey believe that organizations like the World Trade Organization (WTO) should help make trade fair for everyone. They want countries to solve problems by talking and following the rules, just like when friends have a disagreement.

People also believe that when countries cooperate and treat each other fairly, it helps everyone. It’s like when you share your toys with friends, and everyone is happy and has fun!

So, what can we learn from this? Just like we should be kind and fair to others, countries should also be fair when they trade. That way, the whole world can be a better place! 🌍🤝
