Recently, China's Ambassador to the United States, Mr. Xie Feng (pronounced "Shee-ay Fung"), shared a message. He said that if the U.S. and China stop trading and working together, it would be like "shooting yourself in the foot"! That's a funny way of saying it would hurt both countries.
Mr. Xie spoke at a big event called the China General Chamber of Commerce gala in Chicago. Even though he wasn't there in person, he joined through a video.
