Hey everyone! 👋 Did you hear the news? Japan’s Foreign Minister, Mr. Takeshi Iwaya, is going to visit China on December 25th! 🎉
This was announced by Ms. Mao Ning, who speaks for China’s Foreign Ministry, on Tuesday.
So, what’s a Foreign Minister? 🤔 Well, a Foreign Minister is like the top person who helps their country talk to other countries. They work to make friends and solve problems together.
Mr. Iwaya from Japan and the Chinese Foreign Minister will meet to talk and share ideas. They will also attend a special meeting called the “High-Level Consultation Mechanism on People-to-People and Cultural Exchanges.” That’s a long name! 😅 But it means they will discuss how people from China and Japan can learn from each other and share their cultures.
This is the second time they are having this special meeting. It’s a great opportunity for both countries to become better friends! 🤝
