What’s Going On?
In Aleppo, there’s been a lot of fighting lately. Groups called rebels are clashing with others in the city. On November 29, they fired shells at a dormitory, which is a place where people live and sleep.
The rebels have also set up a “military government.” That means they’re trying to control the city using soldiers. They’ve even put a curfew in place on Monday, which is a rule that tells people when they have to stay indoors.
Why Are People Leaving?
Because of all this fighting and new rules, it’s not safe for people to stay. So, thousands of residents are packing up and leaving Aleppo to find safer places to live. Imagine having to leave your home suddenly—that’s really tough! 😔
