Imagine living in a village where playing soccer is just a dream because there’s no field or equipment. This was the reality for kids like Tan Yuanhua in Pingdi Village, nestled in Liuzhou City in south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
But things have changed! Thanks to a special project to improve their community, Tan and his friends can now play soccer on real grass fields with proper goals and equipment. 🥅⚽
A few years ago, the children had nowhere to play except dusty roads or open spaces. They had never even touched a real soccer ball! Now, with the new sports facilities, they can learn, practice, and have fun playing the “beautiful game.”
These improvements are part of a rural revitalization project aimed at making life better for people in villages like Pingdi. By building sports facilities, the project not only helps kids stay active and healthy but also brings the community together.
Who knows? Maybe one day we’ll see kids from Pingdi Village playing in big stadiums, representing their country! For now, they’re just happy to have a place to kick a ball around and dream big. 🌟
