According to China’s National Bureau of Statistics, the prices for new and used homes in these big cities increased by 0.1% compared to the previous month. That might not sound like a lot, but it’s a sign that the housing market is getting stronger! 🏠
In second-tier cities (which are like the next biggest cities), the prices of new homes also went up by 0.1%. This is the first time they’ve increased since June 2023. That’s good news for people who own homes there! 😊
However, in these second-tier cities, the prices for used homes went down a little, by 0.3%. But don’t worry, that’s the same as the month before, so it’s not getting worse.
Overall, the drop in home prices across China’s cities is slowing down, which means things are getting better in the housing market! 🎉
