Hey there! Have you ever gotten ready for a big event at school, like a science fair or a sports day? Well, in China, they’re getting ready for a very important meeting called the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, or CPPCC for short!
Wang Huning, China’s top political advisor (kind of like the head of the student council), is reminding everyone to prepare really well for this meeting. It’s suggested to start on March 4th! 📅
At a recent gathering, Wang encouraged other advisors to use their wisdom and strength to help achieve the goals set in China’s 14th Five-Year Plan. This plan is like a super long to-do list for the country, covering the years from 2021 to 2025. 📝
They’re also making sure to have a great start for the next five-year period! Just like how you might plan your school projects, they’re planning ahead to make things better for everyone.
During the meeting, they talked about important reports that will be discussed at the CPPCC session. These reports are about what they’ve been working on and the ideas they’ve received since the last session.
The advisors decided to send these reports to another meeting happening on March 1st and 2nd to get ready for the big event!
Isn’t it interesting how countries plan and prepare for the future? Maybe you can think about how you plan your own goals! 🌟
