Harbin’s Airport Launches E-Channels Just in Time for Asian Winter Games! ❄️✈️

Hey everyone! ✋ Have you ever wished that airport lines were shorter? Well, travelers going to Harbin Taiping International Airport in northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province are in luck! 🎉

Just in time for the exciting ninth Asian Winter Games, the airport has launched brand-new E-channels. 🏂⛷️ But what are E-channels? They’re automated gates that use technology to help people pass through border control quickly and easily. Think of it like a fast lane at the airport! 🛫

On Friday afternoon, the first passengers from Seoul, South Korea, got to use these E-channels. They became the first visitors to enter the Chinese mainland using this speedy system. How cool is that? 😎

There are 14 E-channels at the airport now—8 for arrivals and 6 for departures. That means more people can get where they’re going faster, especially since lots of visitors are coming for the Winter Games, the Spring Festival, and the awesome ice and snow tourism season! ❄️☃️

The Asian Winter Games will be held from February 7 to 14. With so many athletes and fans coming to Harbin, the E-channels are super important to keep things running smoothly. 🏅

So next time you’re at Harbin Taiping International Airport, keep an eye out for the E-channels and zoom through the gates! 🚀
