Jilin Tigers Roar Back to Victory! 🐯
The Jilin Northeast Tigers have finally ended their 4-game losing streak by winning a super close game against the Ningbo Rockets, 116-114! 🎉
Even without their star player Dominique Jones, who was injured, the Tigers didn’t back down. Instead, Tomas Kyzlink stepped up big time! He scored a whopping 30 points and made 15 assists. That’s like passing the ball to your friends 15 times to help them score! 🏀
In the first quarter alone, Tomas scored 11 points and had 7 assists, helping his team get ahead 37-27. The Tigers were on fire! 🔥 They even stretched their lead to 21 points at one time.
But the Ningbo Rockets didn’t give up. Players like Jordan Howard, Wang Zirui, and Wang Junjie started making three-pointers (long shots from behind the arc that give you 3 points!). They closed the gap to just 11 points by halftime.
In the second half, the game got really exciting. Both teams kept scoring, and the Rockets came really close to catching up. With only 19 seconds left, they were just 2 points behind! 😮
But the Tigers held on tight. Even though the Rockets scored some last-minute points, the Tigers made their free throws (when you get to shoot without anyone blocking you because the other team fouled you). In the end, the Tigers won the game and celebrated their victory! 🎊
In another game, the Beikong Royal Fighters beat the Nanjing Monkey Kings 107-103. It was also a close match, but the Royal Fighters managed to win in the end.
